When you contact us: your name, work email, business name, size and industry, and anything you choose to tell us in your message. Our website host may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss our services with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and customer relationship software, under agreements that protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email info@cube4.co.uk.

Marketing emails

Every marketing email we send identifies Cube4 and includes a way to unsubscribe, which we honour promptly.
